Room Reservations
The Department of Chemistry has six rooms for students and faculty to reserve for meetings and presentations.

Reserving a Room
To request a room, please email Kate Foiles (katefoiles@vt.edu) with your name, date and times of room use, preferred room, and meeting purpose.
Please allow for one (1) business day for the request to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your request has been scheduled.
Cancelling a Room Reservation
If you need to cancel or change your room reservation, please contact Kate Foiles (katefoiles@vt.edu) as soon as possible.
